A Heartfelt Thank You to the London Chess Conference 2023. Last weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the London Chess Conference, an event that brought together chess enthusiasts, educators, and industry professionals from around the globe. Organized under the leadership of the International Chess Federation Education Commission (FIDE EDU), Chess in Schools and Communities (CSC), European Chess Union (ECU), and ChessPlus, the conference proved to be an inspiring and insightful experience for everyone in attendance.
This is a game of the "Immortal Game" between Adolf Anderssen and Lionel Kieseritzky, played in London in 1851. It is considered one of the most famous chess games of all time, known for its aggressive and sacrificial play by both sides.

Then there were only two options - I'm mistaken, and I'm not better (unlikely) or chess is not fair. Let us consider whether chess is fair and what is fairness.

Eric has started his correspondence chess activities thirty years ago, in 1984 playing in various promotional tournaments organized in France by the magazine Europe Echecs while he was student in Paris and became member of AJEC in 1989.
